Council Directive 89/391/EEC of 12 June 1989 on the Introduction of Measures to Encourage Improvements in the Safety and Health of Workers at Work

The Directive introduces measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health of workers at work; contains general principles concerning the prevention and elimination of occupational risks, the informing, consultation and training of workers; contains minimum rules regarding the safety and health of workers at work.
